Agent Ready: check any page for search, AI answers and agents
Agent Ready is a free Chrome extension that checks the page you're on for search engines, AI answers and AI agents, and shows what to fix first. It runs in your browser and sends nothing to WorkPods.
- Free
- Open source
- No account
- No tracking

What it checks
Every check passes, fails or partly passes, and every failure has a severity. Copy fix turns a finding into a prompt for your coding agent.
- SEO Titles, headings, canonicals, robots rules, structured data and redirects.
- GEO The HTML that AI crawlers read before any JavaScript runs, and which crawlers robots.txt lets in.
- AXO Whether an agent can name every button and field on the page, and use its forms.
- The whole site A crawl of up to 200 pages for broken links, duplicates, orphan pages and soft 404s.

AI answers
It reads the answer open in your tab in ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, Google AI Mode or an AI Overview. Run a panel of buyer questions yourself for free, or unattended with your own Cloro key.

Agent journeys
The agent gets up to 15 steps. It can run on your own Anthropic, OpenAI or Gemini key, on the model built into Chrome for free, or on your coding agent.

Keywords and backlinks
Each search shows its cost before it runs, and repeating a search within seven days costs nothing. You pay DataForSEO directly.

Coding agents
Add the server to Claude Code, then turn on Agent connection in the extension's settings:
claude mcp add agent-ready -- npx -y @workpods/agent-ready mcp
In CI, npx @workpods/agent-ready check <url> --fail-on high fails the build when a high-severity check fails.

Questions
Questions buyers ask
Is Agent Ready free?
Yes. Only keyword and backlink data, unattended prompt panels and journeys on a paid model need your own provider keys, and you pay those providers directly.
Will a journey submit forms on my site?
No. The agent stops before it sends a form, confirms an order or signs in, so it's safe to run on a live site.
Is the code open?
Yes. Agent Ready is open source under the Apache 2.0 licence, and every check is in the code on GitHub.
